How can I track my order?

Once an order is placed you will get an e-mail confirmation. Another e-mail notification will be sent when your order has been shipped. You can track  your order through USPS via the tracking number provided.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If there needs to be a cancellation/change made to your order (i.e. shipping address, size of an item), please fill out the form below immediately. There is no guarantee the changes requested will be implemented.  However, if changes can be made, you will be notified via e-mail. Order cancellations can be granted if your order hasn't started the processing stage. Cancellation requests made during the processing stage can be subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

How long will shipping take?

T&T boutique prides itself on fast order fulfillment.  Please allow three to five business days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship all orders USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail (you can expect to receive your order in 2-5 business days after it is shipped). This excludes items shipped from a third-party. Please note: Once your order has been shipped, it is out of T&T's hands. We are not responsible for any delays through USPS.

What is your return/refund policy?

Something doesn't fit like you want?  Just aren't completely happy with your purchase? You can return/exchange it within 14 days of the delivery date by mail. Fill out the form below and wait for a return confirmation prior to shipping the item back. Make sure to put "Return" or "Exchange" in the subject line.  All items must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached (where applicable).  Returns made past 14 days of the delivery date, without tags and/or without previous return confirmation will not be accepted.

T&T also does not accept returns on jewelry, intimates, and anything noted as final sale. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All returns are shipped at the customer's expense.  Shipping is non-refundable.  Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status and ensure refund has been issued.  Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds back to your account.

What are Pre-Orders?

T&T  boutique allows customers to purchase upcoming styles before they become apart of the official  inventory.  Customers who take advantage of pre-ordering can guarantee they get the size/color desired ahead of time.  Pre-orders will be shipped out on or before the date listed on the product's page. When will sold out styles be back in stock?
